Commission payment is up-front via Stripe. Please let me know before commissioning me if you are outside of the USA, or from a country not supported by them.If you are commissioning me, then you are paying for me to make the character you provide IN MY STYLE with a little guidance. This is to prevent stress and burnout.You are responsible for divulging all content and expectations prior to the quote and payment. I reserve the right to either charge for the extra work or deny the addition.Assets are provided as a non-commercial personal use license to only the commissioner, this includes sharing for the purposes of twinning/clones/drones/partners/alts ( yes this has happened before :/ ). Please ask if you aren't sure.I still hold the copyright to the model as there is no licensing/partial transfer of copyright unless discussed beforehand.Do NOT send me AI / GAN created images as references!
You may not share files in any way including:
sending any of the FBX, SPP, 7Z, UNITYPACKAGE files to anyone for any reason
uploading to someone else's VRChat account under any circumstance
making the content clonable in VRChat
uploading it to a platform with poorer content privacy(Neos, TowerUnite, etc)
I retain the right to use the model in a portfolio, showcase, collection, or general use in a non-incriminating and non-impersonating manner.Commissioner can request a full refund for the cancellation of this commission before the designing process has been started. Partial refunds can be made at my discretion for the approximate value of the quoted price minus the time worked, I will not send source files after a partial refund. I do not want someone else making money off finishing or changing my unfinished content without my consent.
